Testing Laboratories provide a multitude of services, including but not limited to analysis, sampling, inspection and consulting services for a variety of clients and industries. Research protocol, analytical procedures and technological feasibility evaluations are developed by Testing Laboratories. Precise analysis performed under the proper laboratory conditions yields accurate and timely analytical results. In response to the rapidly advancing needs of the engineering and regulatory community, certain Testing Laboratories have developed specialized services for environmental projects. These may include providing on-site mobile laboratories as well as ground water analysis, waste and wastewater analysis, air quality analysis, hazardous waste site work, hazardous waste testing and developing waste disposal profiles. RA&MCO has established a program that provides professional liability coverage for Testing Laboratories.

- Mediation Deductible Credit up to $12,500 (Not including in GAI 3150).
- No Exclusions for either pollution or asbestos professional liability exposures.
- Coverage for incidents reported to us during the policy period which ultimately develop into claims.
- Automatic coverage for the Policyholder's legal liability arising from professional services provided by joint ventures.
- Optional Extended Reporting Periods for 12, 24 and 36 month durations are built into the policy form.
